Our Story
Welcome to Inner Banks Farm & Vineyard , or as our friends and guests know us, IBXF&V.
We’re Bob and Ranee Pender, two nurses with a shared dream of creating a place where life slows down, nature takes center stage, and every guest feels like family.
When we found these 45+ acres tucked away in North Carolina’s Inner Banks, we knew we had discovered something special. The rolling pasture, the coastal breezes, and the promise of sun-soaked grapevines inspired us to turn this land into more than a farm , we wanted to create a destination.
Today, you have our invitation to experience the vineyard, stay in our cozy guest homes, and share in the beauty of coastal country life. Alongside the vines, you’ll find free-range hens, playful lambs, and plenty of peaceful corners to breathe deeply and unwind.
From tending the grapes to caring for our animals, every day here is a labor of love and we can’t wait to share it with you!
